Where form meets fire. A low impact full body sculpting experience designed to build strength and tone.  Blending weight training, resistance bands and functional calisthenics. This class focuses on technique and control. Feel empowered, strong and deeply connected to your body’s strength and flow.

Our private and semi-private Pilates sessions are designed to meet you where you are – whether you are new to Pilates, recovering from an injury, or simply seeking a more tailored approach. With focused guidance from out expert instructors, you’ll build strength, improve alignment and move with confidence.

For a fully customised fitness experience, our personal training sessions offer one-to-one support, motivation and programming to help you achieve your goals at your own pace.

FAQs

How long are classes?
All classes are 50 minutes long.

Can beginners join?
Absolutely! All classes are mixed ability, and beginners are always welcome. Our experienced instructors will guide you through and offer modifications so you can move confidently at your own pace.

What should I bring?

  • Bring a water bottle and small towel to all classes.
  • Reformer Pilates: Grip socks (required, available for purchase).
  • Sweat & Sculpt: Trainers required.

When should I arrive?

  • Please arrive 10 minutes before class—especially if it’s your first Reformer Pilates session.
  • Late arrivals (10+ minutes) will not be admitted for safety and focus reasons, and the session will still be charged.

How much does a class cost?

Single class: $55 BBD (Pay-as-you-go)

Class passes:

  • 4-Class Pass – $200 BBD (valid 4 weeks from purchase)
  • 8-Class Pass – $360 BBD (valid 8 weeks from purchase)
  • 12-Class Pass – $480 BBD (valid 12 weeks from purchase)
    Passes can be used at both Sunnd Studio & Spa (Mullins) and Sunnd Pilates (Hayman’s Market).

Do you offer student rates?
Yes! Students pay $35 BBD per session with valid student ID.

Do you offer private one-to-one Pilates sessions?
Yes! We provide one-to-one Pilates sessions tailored to your needs. Click here to book.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept card and cash payments for all classes, spa treatments, and wellness bar purchases.

Do I need to book in advance?
Yes – class sizes are small (7 in reformer, 12 in mat/group) so advance booking is recommended. If a class is full, join the waitlist – spots often open up!

What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the class or no-shows will be fully charged.

What if I’m pregnant or injured?

  • Please obtain medical clearance before attending.
  • If it’s your first class, inform us 24 hours in advance so instructors can prepare suitable modifications.
